This is a wonderful 3-4 hour cycle around the highlights of Cape Town City. Starting close to the Greenpoint Statium at the Greenpoint track you cycle through the Bo Kaap Malay quarter, through many historical sites wending our way through the V&A waterfront and back to Greenpoint.

Joel our guide provided a great overview of Cape Town. The highlight for myself was Bo Paal district (I think it's the right name) with it's wonderful history and colourful buildings. I was given loads of time to see what I wanted and never felt rushed. The bikes were good quality, well maintained and very comfortable. Tom (Scotland)
